I was reading a random chapter of the second volume of Leo Zagami’s series Confessions of an Illuminati and came across this name, Druwydion Pendragon, and a group that calls themselves the Brotherhood of Satan.
I’d already run across the name Druwydion Pendragon in a YouTube video that someone sent me. Not because I’m interested in the subject matter, but because the person who referenced the man who calls himself Druwydion Pendragon was trying hard to conflate the Brotherhood (aka Moriah, aka The Great White Brotherhood, aka the System, aka the Family, aka the Order–and more) with the Brotherhood of Satan, and in doing so was specifically targeting/defaming a whistleblower I am familiar with. It didn’t take me any time at all to figure out that these two groups, The Brotherhood and The Brotherhood of Satan are not identical, in the same way that not all clothing is shirts, but all shirts are clothing. The Brotherhood of Satan is the shirt, and the Brotherhood is clothing in this analogy. There’s a hierarchy in most groups of the occult, and with the Brotherhood in particular, there is a massive subdivision of organizations within organizations, with their many groups working together to comprise a larger whole. Despite the similar names, these two groups are not identical, and most likely, one encompasses the other.
The Brotherhood runs divisions that more than one whistleblower have identified as Satanism, Freemasonry, other occult practices like Theosophy and Kabbalah, as well as front systems like the Catholic and LDS (Latter Day Saints) churches. The Brotherhood of Satan is a satanist group, probably under the Satanic division umbrella of the Brotherhood but it is certainly not the Brotherhood proper. The Brotherhood name is sometimes conflated with the term Illuminati, but that is not entirely precise either.1 Goodness knows that only the insiders really know what they call themselves at the moment, as even their interior groups divisions change names periodically, and all the name conflation and name changing is designed to keep those of us who are not insiders confused. They do a fairly good job of it most of the time. If we look on the Brotherhood of Satan’s website’s main page https://brotherhoodofsatan.earth/ they even say what I just explained, outright. The Brotherhood of Satan is overseen by an older and “larger and more secretive Brotherhood of Darkness and Shadows.”2
The problem with the Brotherhood (Great White/Illuminati) is that it operates over so many different sub-divisions that it’s difficult to keep track of all of them. Lots of the sub-groups are collected under names beginning with the “Order of” which is why the Brotherhood proper is often alternately called “The Order”3. They probably could have called this satanist group “The Order of Satan” instead of the Brotherhood of Satan to make it more clear.
Ties to Freemasonry
Zagami identifies the leader of the Brotherhood of Satan as David Daniel de Paul and calls him “one of the most dangerous generational Satanists in the USA.” If that’s the truth, then as the head of the Brotherhood of Satan, he is possibly a generational bloodline member of the Brotherhood proper (most if not all members are), as well as running its Brotherhood of Satan division, which supposedly is headquartered in Georgia (the state, not the country).
Zagami also identifies de Paul as a “neo-Templar” Grand Master. So it’s probable that in addition to being the head of the Brotherhood of Satan, de Paul is also a member of the Brotherhood’s Sovereign Military, under the Knights Templar division. After a little digging I discovered some documents that seem to confirm that. If you are as unfamiliar with the Knights Templar as I was not too long ago, you might want to read the article I wrote on the interesting history of one of the heads of the Knights Templar earlier this year, which also followed their exile into Scotland, as well as their ties to the founding of the Freemasonic Scottish Rite.
De Paul is reported by Zagami to be a 33rd degree member of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite. Zagami got his information from Benjamin T. Mollica of the NYPD, who confirmed de Paul’s membership in the Brotherhood of Satan, as well as his membership in Freemasonry including the Scottish Rite division. (Zagami, volumes 2 and 5)
In a speech that Zagami calls de Paul’s “Gnostic address”, he quotes de Paul as saying, “My personal background in the Occult and Spiritual Sciences is extensive and from a young child raised in a Masonic family I both studied and practiced the Occult Arts for transformation of my soul and self-realization and self-empowerment. To that end, I was willing to spend countless hours, days, and years, deeply active in the study and practice of both the Eastern and Western Mysteries. While a great many children my age were doing other things in life’s learning experiences, I was immersed in the research, study, and practice of the Esoteric and Occult.” (Zagami vol 2) This personal testimony sounds an awful lot like the childhood training experiences of Jessie Czebotar describing her early experiences as a hierarchy child in the Brotherhood System. To my mind, this means that de Paul, in addition to being a self-described “generational satanist” is also a probable hierarchy member of the Brotherhood proper.
Further evidence that de Paul is a relatively high-up member of the occult comes in the form of a letter published on this website: https://hughesdepayenscommandery.wordpress.com/blog/, which, if accurate, states that he is the Grand Master of a “branch of the mainstream Ordre du Templiers” the French Hereditary (read: bloodline) “Magdalene Commandery” and “Baphomet Preceptory”. He cites a desire to move his order to the front of the “Order of Chivalry” and “Order of the Quest”. The Order of Chivalry has been linked to the Priory of Sion, the Merovingian Bloodline, the Sinclair/St. Clair surname, the French royal lineages, the Order of the Pelican, the Order of the Laurel and more (LAZ 001, LAZ 002) All of this points to deep occult bloodline ties and Rex Deus (Jesus Strand) belief systems.

When I started researching the occult, right off the bat I was most interested in the structure and function of this system, and also the people. For the most part that is what I’ve delved into. How it works, how the parts piece together, what the parts are, and who runs the structure. De Paul fits the bill for the people part. Or is his name actually Rooney?
I looked up Druwydion Pendragon on Facebook and got this:
David Rooney, not David Daniel de Paul. Are they the same person?
Zagami’s books identified a portion of William Schnoebelen’s book Lucifer Dethroned as speaking about a man who called himself “Orion.” Schnoebelen notes that Orion is not this man’s real name.
“What caught my eye more than anything else was an article by someone who called himself “Orion: Ipsissimus, High Priest and King of the Morning Star. The rank of Ipsissimus (meaning “Self of Uttermost Selfness”) is the highest attainable rank in all of magick. It is tenth degree, and signifies that one has literally become a god incarnate.” (Lucifer Dethroned)
Other men who are called Ipsissimus/Ipsissimis/Ipsimus include the master Brotherhood programmers Joseph Mengele (aka Dr. Green) (FS 003) and Leo Wheeler (aka. Dr. Black)(CW 025) and The Temple of Set’s Michael Aquino (FS 001). All of them are high-ranking Satanists.
This Orion character claimed to know Charles Manson intimately (which makes me think of Rosemary/Shalom girl talking about Elon Musk’s mother Maye’s extensive work with Charles Manson in an effort to buy “future chaos”. Apparently Orion knowing Manson puts him in the vicinity of elite who are at the pinnacle of the Brotherhood’s bloodlines) (SG 071). Schnoebelen also said that Orion was also a former member of the Church of the Process of the Final Judgment, which is a group that is implicated in all sorts of nefarious doings, and is associated with other members of The Brotherhood (Great White/Illuminati).
Schnoebelen also claimed that he witnessed a shift in Orion’s personality that lead him to believe that de Paul was possessed by an entity that was “dark, feral, complex and incredibly powerful,” and that “The Thing within Orion” spoke about human sacrifice and Luciferian power. Killing a Christian was the “holiest deed” and preferably a young, virgin Christian at that. To his credit, neither Schnoebelen or his wife liked Orion much. (Lucifer Dethroned)
So, Zagami claims that Schnoebelen’s Orion is Daniel David de Paul/Druwydion Pendragon, and Facebook names him as David Rooney. Is Orion/DDdP the same person as David Rooney?
de Paul interviewed on BBC Radio, and to my surprise, they put up an entire page bio on de Paul, complete with photo.
The guy in the middle of the photo above on the BBS Radio guest page seems to be the same person as the individual photographed on the David Rooney FB page as of June of 2025, about a year ago.
Who is the same person as signs himself “Dru” on the FB page. Which is the same name as the Brotherhood of Satan’s Druwydion Pendragon calls himself on the initial video I was sent.
Satanic Templar
So it’s looking like de Paul and Rooney are the same person, which means he’s now got 5 alises (titles? nicknames?): David Daniel de Paul, Dru, Druwydion Pendragon, David Rooney and Orion. Let’s try for one more. I’m going to enlarge the symbol on Pendragon’s photo above. The gold one in the center is the symbol of a Satanic (Knights) Templar.
Where else do we see this symbol? In the Facebook photos of one of the other high-level Satanic Templars I’ve previously profiled, Lanzifer Longinus. On the left, the symbol is on the flag and the shirt, the center, same shirt with Logo where he’s sitting on the lap of the Baphomet statue, and the right, on his horse.
These men are “out and proud” as the saying goes, provided you know what the symbols mean.
One of the hierarchy positions within the Sovereign Military of The Brotherhood is called a preceptor, and preceptors have their own symbol that looks a lot like the top part of the Satanic Templar symbol above, minus the infinity sign at the bottom.
Interestingly, the I think this group the Ancient Gnostic Order of Knights of the Temple of Solomon (which de Paul signed the letter as indicating he’s a grand master) or a subset of it has a YouTube channel called the AGOKT, where you can see the preceptor symbol on the sleeve of the clothing of the individual in the avatar photo.
Summary
The organization out of the state of Georgia known as the Brotherhood of Satan is not the same organization that is called The Brotherhood (also known more formally as the Great White Brotherhood and colloquially as the Illumianti.)
The Brotherhood of Satan is headed by a generational, bloodline hierarchy man known as David Daniel de Paul, with aliases Orion, Druwydion Pendragon, Dru, and possibly David Rooney (unless David Rooney is a different person/the successor to DDdP as the leader of the Brotherhood of Satan. However, the photos on the FB page suggest that Rooney is the same person as de Paul).
David Daniel de Paul wears the symbol of the Satanic (Knights) Templars, as well as being identified as the leader/Grand Master of the Ancient Gnostic Order of Knights of the Temple of Solomon. The Order of the Knights of the Temple of Solomon is the formal name that is often shortened colloquially to Knights Templar.
Leo Zagami claims that de Paul is a dangerous generational satanist, and William Schnoebelen claims that when he met de Paul, using the alias Orion, he was possessed by something dark, dangerous and feral.
