On Twitter/X, Gina Phillips made a list of suggestions as to how to heal from the trauma that created Sleeping Beauty alters (alternate personalities/parts). I thought it was worth memorializing here for anybody who finds themselves in a position to need this information.

I also think that even if you don’t have a Sleeping Beauty part, that many of these concepts/prayers/procedures might be transferrable to other situations you might have going on in your own structure.

Gina’s outlines on Twitter/X are full of abbreviations and odd spellings, so I’m re-typing this information from her thread so that it is edited for spelling, grammar, and searchability on this blog. Any additions or annotations made by me will be (inside parenthesis). The numbers refer to each individual tweet in the thread.

1. You need to find your sleeping Beauty part. Work with her to process the trauma memories that created her. She will have a lot of mouth trauma. Have Sleeping Beauty take you to the earliest trauma memories that caused her to split off and become a part. That way you won’t have to go through all her trauma.
2. Pray and ask the Lord (Jesus Christ) to find her. Work with her until she wants to choose Christ. The Antichrist is her prince. She will need to be ready to let go of him before she will be ready to heal. She will have a little blue bird who serves as a messenger for her going between realms. The bird
3. is also a part of you who was traumatized. She needs to process them and come to Christ, too. Sleeping Beauty has a castle in the Air. Her element is Air. (The) Wizard of Oz is an Air program that interacts with Sleeping Beauty and the territory around her castle.
4. To remove the whole Sleeping Beauty program you need to go one-by-one through the various items that make up the castle and landscape, and remove them. For example: You will see the wicked Witch of the East from Oz outside the castle who is associated with a cauldron. A deal will have been made with the
5. witch to help you deal with the horrific emotions you had during trauma. The cauldron is filled with those emotions and your life force from them. Pray and repent for giving her your emotions. Ask the Lord to help you with them instead of the witch. Renounce and break the deal you made with the
6. witch. This only works if you mean it. There may be work that needs to be done before you can make this decision and mean it. But Christ always comes when you are able to mean it. In deprogramming, all legal rites must be broken and repented of before praying prayers to be delivered from entities
7. Then you can pray to break ties with the witch. I suggest you pray the Binding and Separating prayer everything you work on in programming. This protects from retribution. You only pray one of those 4 options when you pray the prayer. #1 (is the option) I (Gina) most often choose.
9. When you pray, the witch and the cauldron disappear. I can’t remember at the moment all the things in the castle, but there is a throne, a treasure chest, (and) dragon eggs. There is a golden light that shines through the ceiling over the treasure, I think. This is your life force that was given over
10. to the dragon entity. You will have to untether from (that dragon entity) like you did the witch. You will have your Sleeping Beauty part share with you the deal she made to give her life force to the red dragon in exchange for his help. That requires remembering a trauma and during the trauma you were groomed by
11. the programmer to make a deal with the entity. By repentance and resuscitation of that agreement and bringing Christ in to be your source of help you break the entities’ legal rites [sic] (rights?) to you.
12. You repeat this process until all the structures and items tied to Sleeping Beauty’s territory are gone. The last thing to go is the red dragon, and you use the same Dan Duval prayer to make him go.

Typing out this list of instructions doesn’t mean I endorse Gina Phillips or her instructions. Nor do I believe it is a good idea to do this work by yourself in the absence of a qualified helping professional if you choose to follow her guidelines. It seems as though she is suggesting that people can do it by themselves, but this might not always be the best way forward.

Typing this out also doesn’t mean I am suggesting that you seek out Gina as a coach or therapist (not that she’s even available, she is very busy). However, she has not always been professional in the public sphere with survivors, and I personally do not wish anybody to be hurt by her episodic lack of decorum. That said, choose your helpers based on your own internal wisdom and discernment, whomever they may be.

This prayer should be prayed before each ministry or renunciation session.

Ancient of Days, I ask You, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, to bind and to separate from every part of and
his/her generational line, as well as from every artificial entity and device connected to them, all evil, ungodly, hybrid, and artificial entities and all human spirits of whatever type, rank of elevation, combination, and complexity, along with all usurped powers, forces, energies, lights, life forces, mists, winds, slimes, plasmas, crystals, and anything else from the realm of darkness. I also ask You to take authority over, and completely restrain, contain, disempower, or incapacitate all such things as well as all evil spiritual, ungodly, artificial, and energetic weapons attached to any human spirits connected to or in his/her generational line. Please do these things for everyone participating in this session (name them individually, if possible). I ask You to forbid all separated entities to hear, see, speak, or act without Your permission. I ask that You cut each of us off from all evil spiritual or ungodly power, transportation, and communication lines, grids, planes, networks, and satellite systems.

I ask that You disconnect every part of and any manipulated life forms or molecular structures; holograms;
robotic, electronic, or mechanical creatures; or artificial intelligence devices of any kind associated with him/her from their life force and power supplies, handlers, computers, power grids, networks, and satellite systems as well as from the master power cord; Horus; Baphomet; the laboratories of the underworld; and the master space station so they cannot interfere with this session unless You desire to make their presence known.

I also ask that You close all portals, channels, shafts, and other openings into so that no foreign entities, powers,
or energies of any kind can enter while we work. Please also block and inactivate all witchcraft, wizardry, and spiritual
weaponry of every kind, including mists and fogs, from being able to affect or any of us participating in this
session.

I ask You to send Your holy angels to sweep through the room(s) that we are in and to cleanse it (them) of all evil spiritual, ungodly, hybrid, human, or artificial entities, including all surveillance entities and devices of any kind, as well as all usurped powers, forces, energies, lights, life forces, mists, winds, slimes, plasmas, crystals, and anything else from the realm of darkness.

(If doing the session via the internet): I ask You to take authority over our electronic devices, the software program being used, and the telecommunication waves between us and not allow any interruption or interception.

Ancient of Days, I ask You to cancel all assignments made against this session or any of us. Instead, I ask You to bring Your powerful presence into this session and to sanctify this time for ’s healing and spiritual freedom. Please cover us
with the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, and surround us with Your protecting, warring, and ministering angels, as needed.

Also, block the evil spiritual realm from knowing what we are doing, according to Your will.

Instructions:

Fallen Heavenly Powers can include fallen angels as well as other categories of evil beings. This prayer is designed to break the interface between you and the entity. Separating from a fallen angel’s influence is different than casting out low-level demons. Heavenly powers interface with people but do not typically “possess” or even desire to spend significant time in a human under their control. For this reason, getting free from heavenly powers is a slightly different process than casting out low-level demons.

Use the video below to walk through this deliverance tool with Dan Duval. Before pressing play you MUST SPEAK OUTLOUD the entity or list of entities that you want to receive freedom from. It is recommended that you only go through this prayer for one entity at a time at first. Once you have gotten familiar with the deliverance process, it is certainly possible to lump multiple entities together while working through this prayer. 1. Father in heaven, I come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and I renounce ___________________ and serve him/her a bill of divorce. I pull up the hidden documents detailing every covenant, contract, certificate, oath, and vow entangling us and command that they be stamped with the blood of Jesus.
2. In the name of Jesus, I pray that your heavenly hosts would be put on assignment to place every alter/part belonging to me that is loyal to ________________ on temporary lock-down.
   1. I pray that those parts would be escorted before the throne of the Father in heaven to be purged of their _________________ components and completely healed and delivered.
   2. I pray that those parts would be escorted to the feet of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah to be purged of their _________________ components and completely healed and delivered.
   3. I pray that those parts would be put to sleep.
   4. I pray that those parts would be fired and sent to wherever the Lord Jesus sends them.
3. I now deed ____________________’s territory in me over to the kingdom of God and I invite you, Lord Jesus, to take the throne and to rule over this territory with your rod of iron.
4. In the name of Jesus, I now bind all gatekeepers, and discover each and every portal access point belonging to _______________________, his/her realm, and his/her inheritance.
5. I place the blood of Jesus upon every portal access point and I seal them with the Holy Spirit. I declare that they are put to sleep and permanently deactivated.
6. I take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, and I cut myself free from ___________________, his/her realm, and his/her inheritance, in Jesus’ name.

I return every form of counterfeit inheritance, inclusive of promised wealth, position, status, calling, ability, roots, power, genetic code, seed, and any other form of counterfeit inheritance, in Jesus’ name. I renounce all spirit children related to _________________ and undo all quantum entanglements involved in their creation. I appeal to justice and I pray that _____________________ would now reap a hundred-fold return for all of the evil sown against me, my ancestors, and all whom I represent in the form of justice and judgment and wrath, arrows and lightning, hailstones, tsunamis of living water, and plundering by the armies of heaven, in Jesus’ name.
9. I now take authority over every evil spirit on the inside of me and around me that has been operating under the authority of ___________________. I declare that you are discovered, apprehended, bound, pierced through, and thrust out of me for judgment. I declare that you are being sent to the abyss for failed assignment.
10. Lastly, I pray that every spiritual object, tattoo, device, label, jewel, amulet, necklace, earring, crown, ring, bracelet, charm, garment, scepter, marker, power source, tracking device, system, grid, or branding placed in or around every part of me in order to anchor in __________________ would be consumed in the holy fire of Jesus Christ and totally dissolved. I close every door known and unknown, seen and unseen, and call them completely sealed in Jesus’ name. I render this entire confession established in every timeline, age, realm, and dimension, past, present, and future, to infinity. Amen.
